Flashlight, Warm clothing, Walking stick, Scarf, Rain jacket if needed

Chocolates, nuts, sweets, and an energy drink if you like. Bring 1 Coca-Cola, at least 3 liters of water, a sun hat, insect repellent, toilet paper, a backpack of at least 40 liters, climbing boots, or sports shoes.
