As a company registered with the Guatemalan Tourism Institute (INGUAT), we comply with the legislation and requirements applicable to the tourism sector, promoting sustainable tourism, the continuous improvement of our processes and the development of our staff, with the purpose of strengthening the confidence of our clients and contributing to the growth of tourism in Guatemala.
Quality Objectives
1. Achieve a customer satisfaction level equal to or greater than 95% through surveys conducted at the end of each service.
2. Ensure that 100% of the tours are operated by certified tour guides and previously evaluated suppliers.
3. Design and offer personalized tourist experiences that respond to the specific needs of each client.
4. Comply with 100% of the applicable legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining a valid registration with INGUAT and other corresponding authorizations.
5. Promote responsible tourism, incorporating sustainable practices and encouraging the participation of local communities in our services.
6. Provide regular training to staff and collaborators to strengthen service quality, customer service, and traveler safety.
7. Implement continuous improvement actions by analyzing customer feedback, performance indicators, and supplier evaluation.
8. Maintain a timely response to customer inquiries and requests, aiming to respond within a maximum of 24 business hours.
Cancellation Policy
- Date changes without surcharge (please give 72 hours' notice)
- Change of destination without surcharge (72 hours in advance)
- Cancellations made less than 4 days in advance: 50% refund
- No-show: no refund
- Changes during service are subject to additional charges.

- Note: Card payments have a 10% surcharge.
